These terms are between you and Custos Health Custody Private Limited ("Custos", "we", "us"). By creating a profile or using our services, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.
Custos is a care-coordination service. We help you arrange and manage health services for your family — including ambulances, hospital admissions, diagnostics, medicines, home care, and insurance claims — by coordinating with third-party providers on your behalf. We are a coordinator and facilitator; we are not a hospital, diagnostic lab, ambulance operator, or medical practitioner, and we do not provide medical advice or treatment.
Custos is not a substitute for emergency services. In a life-threatening situation, please also contact the nearest hospital or a public emergency number. We will move as fast as we can, but response times depend on third-party providers, traffic, and availability.
Medical services are delivered by independent third-party providers, who are responsible for their own care and conduct. Insurance products are offered and serviced subject to the insurer's terms and to IRDAI regulations; approval and settlement of any claim rests with the insurer. Applicable fees are shown to you before you confirm a service. Third-party charges (hospital, lab, medicine, and similar) are billed at actuals and are separate from any Custos service fee.
To the extent permitted by law, Custos is not liable for the acts, omissions, or quality of care of third-party providers, or for outcomes outside our reasonable control. Our responsibility is to coordinate services diligently and in good faith.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal shall have jurisdiction. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
